Job Description : REGIONAL MANAGER NIGERIA FOR TYRES Will lead the Regional sales function. He should develop the Tyre Business in the assigned territory. He will have overall accountability for Sales and Retails in his region, for managing and supporting the Dealers/Fleets to achieve the company's targets as well as putting in place effective actions in case of deviations from the plan. He will be responsible for analyzing the data and reporting the findings to superiors. · Sales planning & forecasting - Monthly planning of Sales & Collection of all brands. · Develop Dealer Network, Fleet & Corporates Customers base. · Scrap Analysis of the fleets and advising the right pattern & sizes to Customers. · After Sales & Service Support. Monitoring the performance of tyres & provide periodical reports to the customers. · Provide sales input for the annual strategic planning process. · Prepare segment sales forecasts both for Dealers and Fleets. · Monitor competitor's pricing and conditions · Customer Care handling and process management · Customer Goodwill management. · Drive the sustainability, retention and development of Channel networks. · Generate / monitor weekly and monthly sales activity reports on Market share and Sales target fulfilment. · Driving creative commercial and strategic management of sales channels, distribution networks and strategic institutional partnerships. · Sales performance analysis of all the brands & segments. · Managing, motivating and developing the team. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 Years Experience in Handling Tyres across all segments with Techno-Commercial Background. Preferably Candidates worked with Tyres segment. Candidates who have work experience in Nigeria/ Africa in Tyre Industry would be given preference. Age- 35-40 Years
