Plant Head

Job Description : Plant Head- Rubber Industry- NCR A Leading Group in Rubber Components manufacturing. Role- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure Customer satisfaction for in time supplies with required quality and cost. Responsibilities- * Take all required measure for customers satisfaction with intime supplies with required quality. * Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. * Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. * Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. * Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. * Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. * Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. * Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime. Candidate- BE/ B. Tech in Rubber Technology/ Mech Engg/ Chemical Engg or Equivalent qualification with 20-25 Yrs of experience in working in Rubber Components Industries. * Must have at least 5-8 yrs of experience at Plant Head position . * Must possess expert communication skills to set guidelines for subordinates and deal with problems swiftly but carefully. * Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
