Construction Manager

Job Description : Construction Manager NIGERIA Designation: Construction Manager- MFS Facility (Main Flow Station) Overall Purpose of the Role: Plant Construction works consist of Compressors, Pumps, High Pressure Vessels, Columns, Pipe Rack, Flare Stack and AG & UG Piping. Overall Role Description/Skill Sets: Excellent knowledge in construction of Tanks, Equipment erection, Pressure vessels and column erection, fabrication drawing, P&ID, isometric drawing, Piping/Structure & HSE requirements. Hands on expertise in large scale project execution. At least 2 to 3 Nos of large-scale oil & gas projects construction and commissioned from start to finish. Ability to carry out and monitor equipment erection, compressors erection & assembly of loose supply parts, erection of pipe racks, Tanks, piping and its related equipment. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plan. Ability to manage the construction activity day to day basis, including monitoring labor force, sub-contractors, checking material, inspecting work and overseeing of quality control and daily reporting to Project Manager/HOD. Ability to maintain safety and capable to deal with any unexpected construction problem that may occur during project. Proficient in MS Office. Good Communication skills in English.
