Production Operation Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION OPERATION MANAGER NIGERIA Responsible for managing entire factory operations like production, breakdown maintenance, manpower planning, housekeeping etc. Should have worked on household products like mugs, chairs, bucket, tub etc. Expertise in working on injection moulding machines like Ferromatik, Leadway, Jagmohan, Sunwell etc. Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility. Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible. Ensures that material mix ration is followed and study the optimization of materials mixing ratio Analyze workforce requirements. Proactive in implementing plans & schedules for operations and annual turnaround with focus on optimum utilization of manpower & material, enhancing process operations, optimizing inventory & resource utilization, escalating productivity and operational efficiencies Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment. Must be well versed in processes like PU Filling, Heat Transfer, Assembly etc. Involve in products/ mould development brainstorming meetings. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic Engineering Experiene: Should have 12+ years' experience into plastic manfuacturing companies preferably in Africa.
