Job Description : commissioning manager for utilities – Paris / Qatar Profile: - PC&C manager level 2 or more / 13.2 / 14.1 - Diploma: Master’s degree / engineering degree - Experience: More than 15 years - Practical-minded with excellent organization/ leadership and interpersonal skills. - Must have previous experience on Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Industry in a similar or relevant position and segment. - Must have previous experience on Onshore large-scale project (above 5BUSD) - Must have a recognized technical qualification for the position. - Must have confirmed experiences and knowledge to carryout efficiently and safely commissioning and start-up activities. - Must have proven experience on STEAM systems. - Open for future mobilization at site in Qatar (Ras-Laffan) - IT Tools : o Completion tools (Hexagon, Icaps, Easyplant or similar) o Office package (Word, Excel, PPT, Onenote) o 3D model navigation tools o Optional: Process tools such as HYSIS, FLARENET etc…
