Together with the management, it will establish the commercial strategy for the sustainable development of the business, managing the complexity and profitability of the product categories associated with the food segment and providing support in the product development strategy in relation to market trends with functions and tasks. such as: • Develop and implement the marketing and sales strategy for the food segment, providing technical and commercial support to the commercial area in all phases of the sale (prospecting, qualification, value proposition presentation, negotiation, closing and post-sale service). • Identify market needs in terms of products and services and adapt the value proposition by developing relationships with clients and other interested parties (innovation centers, external collaborators, etc.), coordinating projects with strategic clients and maintaining technical-commercial relationships. with key customers. • Management of the product portfolio and define the specific value proposition for each product, positioning and management of sales prices, etc. We think of a person with a degree or Chemical Engineering, with a background in sales and advice on value-added ingredients in the food industry. Experience in starting, managing and closing B2B sales processes in the lubricants sector and basic knowledge of the raw materials used. Fluency in spoken and written English.
