Sharp focus on cutting-edge Technology, Digitalization & Innovation, and Benchmarking with Global best people practices while leveraging digital tools, artificial intelligence, and analytics. 11) Internal and external talent search using her/his network as well as leveraging other tools and technology. Should be a visionary leader with the ability to design & strengthen the HR function and develop its leaders. Inspirational Leader with exposure to global best people practices in Manufacturing, FMCG, Services, Consulting, etc. Should have a proven track record of having handled a CHRO role in mid to large sized company.
