Job Description : HEAD OF STRATEGY ABU DHABI UAE The Head of Corporate Strategy oversees the development, communication and execution of strategic initiatives for Company and drives strategy creation with stakeholders. The role creates content and storytelling for presenting new business models, designs strategic roadmaps for innovation and commercial activities and part of change management initiatives. Drives PSI’s strategy and mission. Reviews and improves processes that impact staff morale and performance. Aligns concepts to strategic goals with senior management. Storytelling of new business models to senior management. Defines changes to organisational structures and strategies based on new business models and concepts. Models revenue streams, business models and generation behaviors. Designs strategic roadmaps for innovation and commercial activities. Develops on-the-job training programs. Develops solutions for resolving the organisation's growth challenges. Drives stakeholder understanding across the organisation to support strategy creation. Leads in change management initiatives. Mentors stakeholders through different phases of product or service development. Translates findings into cohesive strategies and solutions. Identifies areas where improvements can be made. Prepares reports and presentations on strategy concepts and directions for senior management. Glues teams together, focuses all efforts and aligns them to achieve results. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, mass communications or related industry. Excels in business operations and procedures. 10+ years’ experience in related field. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
