Job Description : /VP -Corporate HR - Chemical Organisation -Mumbai for Managing Manufacturing HR Responsibilities To Drive Strategic HR Agenda at the Manufacturing With a Proper Assessment of the Organisation Need & Plans Collaborate & Closely Work With the Leadership team in Designing & Implementing Change with a Focus on Leading all HR Initiatives Responsible for Talent Management & Strategic HR, Manage All New hire On-boarding, Training ,Employee Development HR Operations & Industrial Relations Drive Performance Management , Employee Engagement, Design & Develop Policies & Introduce Best HR Practices Work on Important Projects with Key leadership & Drive HR Agenda Aligned to Business Strategy of the Organisation Management of Internal & External Environment Qualification & Experience MBA /PGDM from a Good institute About 15-18 years of Experience With a Chemical/Pharmaceutical Organisation in Manufacturing HR Role .Experience with Any MNC /Large Progressive Org Preferred One Should be An Out of Box Thinker , Able to Big Picture & Create Impact on the Overall Performance of the Unit Should be an Inspiring Leader with faith & Commitment in Human Resources & be able to Develop a Good Work Culture
