Job Description : HR MANAGER ANGOLA HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Their duties include communicating between company executives and management, managing the HR department budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with Angola HR laws and regulations. Identify, evaluate all challenges during hiring processes. Talent acquisition for executive levels. Ability to resolve employee disputes in any condition. Find solutions on all recruiting/ hiring functions and provide selective recommendations as proposals in troubleshooting workers issues. Well verse of Angola Labour law by COMPILING update information from local labor office on compensation, benefits that could prevent damages to the company morale. Applicants shall be able to speak & write Portuguese & English. Age between 40 to 45.
