Group Vice President

Job Description : GROUP VP UAE diversified conglomerate and they are hiring a Group VP - Corporate Governance and Risk to report into their Chief Audit and Risk Officer. Set- up company framework and develop the governance framework · Develop risk strategies and key performance indicators for corporate governance and risk function · Identify, Assess, Monitor and Report the key risks regularly. · Review risk framework on a periodic basis and establish governance manual and model in accordance with the needs of the group. · Establish group wide Code of Ethics · Ensure business/ functional risks are within the acceptable company's risk tolerances levels · Develop independent risk and assessment reports · Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports to assess productivity and progress · Motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work · Professional Qualification (MBA, Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Risk or related) · 15 + years' of experience in the Risk Management and Governance Function · Experience in a complex environment
