Job Description : HEAD OF FACTORY OPERATIONS DUBAI Responsible for designing and implementing the best manufacturing practices and standards across culinary factories. Managing & supporting the vision of the category by providing technical expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5s, ensuring operational excellence in the functions. Developing and executing value-oriented improvements to the operational and administrative processes. 12+ years of relevant factory experience in MNC handling production of dairy or non-diary creams and wet condiments. Degree in Food processing, engineering, or supply chain management. Excellent cross-functional partnering skills.
