Job Description : Manufacturing Head ANGOLA Industry : injection moulding Exp. :- 15 - 18 years Qualification :- Diploma/BE Job responsibilities :- 1 Reporting to Plant Head 2 Productivity & Rejection control injection molding and paint shop 3 OEE adherence 90% 4 System of Tpm implementation in shopfloor 5 Ensuring SOP in each process line 6 Second line development and people management 7 Maintaining customer specific requirements 100% adherence 8 5S adhere in plant 9 Paint shop process knowledge min 5 year 10 Trouble shooting and smooth process adherence 11 Automation and Assembly line knowledge 12 Maintenance experience of MTTR and MTBF 13 QA system incoming in process lab test experience 14 PPC and Logistics store experience 15 Crisis Management 16 Lean Management expereicne 17 Interpersonal communication MIS reports as per system 18 SAP system adherece 19 Inventory Management 20 Internal material handling and QA system 21 NPD and Apqp process adherence PPAP adherence 22 ECN Management 23 Tooling mainteance and trouble shooting
