Job Description : Managing Director - Oats manufacturer Saskatchewan, Western Canada. who produce 4M MT per annum and export to the US, Mexico and Japan require a hands on commercial Managing Director to drive the sustainability of the group. A solid relationship with farmers markets, solid relatioships with major retailers and suppliers. Leading a team of 600 FTE and a T/O of $700M this role will support the CEO and PE investors. Salary $400,000 + Car + 40% Bonus + NOE incentives.
