Job Description : VEHICLE INTEGRATION HEAD GURGAON INDIA FOR 2 ND 3 WHEELERS · a Multi-Billion Automotive Two Wheeler OEM with multiple Manufacturing Plants and Dedicated R&D Centre within the India Landscape · Responsible for 2 Wheeler Product Development across EV & IC Engines · Lead Cross Functional Teams of a New Vehicle Platform from Product Concept/Ideation to Launch/Mass Manufacturing which would involve working with a Large Scale Cross Functional Team which comprises of a Diverse Range of Functions ranging from Engineering/R&D/Purchase/Production/Product Planning/Design , Quality and Finance functions · Ensure Delivery of Programs within Budget and Time-lines · B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering with 20+ years of overall experience in the Automotive Industry with 10+ years in Vehicle Integration of 2 Wheelers · Experience of working with Cross Functional Teams · Multi-Cultural experience is preferred · Leadership Role · Market Leading Compensation
