Financial Controller

Job Description : FC SPAIN An important multinational in the hotel industry is looking for two Financial Controllers, located in Mallorca. Reporting to the CFO, your functions and requirements will be: Preparation and review of monthly and annual closings, ensuring that the Group's requirements are met. Optimize the controlling system. Cost management and control. Control and optimize Cash Flow. Report and analysis of P&L + Balance Sheet. Preparation and review of Budgets & Forecast. Lead the construction process of the Business Plan. Prepare and develop sales and financial analysis reports to support the Group's strategy. Deviation analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities for the company. Promote and actively participate in transversal projects with other departments of the group and ensure compliance with the objectives assigned at all times. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar. Minimum 12 years of experience as Financial Controller in the sector. International experience and/or openings is an added value. Very high English level. Portuguese highly valued. High Excel and mastery of ERP's. Having participated in implementations will be a plus. Ability to work under pressure, excellent analytical skills, synthesis, problem solving and ability to meet a constant flow of deadlines, proactivity, dynamism and leadership.
