Job Description : SENIOR/GM EXPORT HEAD TEA INDUSTRY a top 5 tea producer from India, is looking to improve its export sales. They are looking for a Senior Sales Operation, to be based in UAE, and help grow the sales to Middle East, CIS/Russia and Africa 10X in 3 years S/he will build and lead a team of high performing Sales Executives / Managers. Kind of person they want : MBA in Sales and Marketing More than 20 years in Tea Industry Good experience in selling Tea in Export Marketers Will to work patiently and build the Exports business from the current 25% of total sales to 75% of total sales, by year 2023 Location : Dubai, UAE
