Job Description : GLOBAL SALES HEAD OUT OF DUBAI "Head of Global Sales" will own growing the P&L across our current (10) and future markets. The role will report directly to the CEO and manage our vibrant sales team (excluding North America). 15+ years Food & Beverages experience at a top tier FMCG a must. Responsibilities Develop Annual strategic business plan which includes, but is not limited to the strategy, execution plan, HR, Trade Mktg and all other elements required to deliver quarterly and annual KPIs. Grow key accounts and own contract negotiations with International Distributors, Major Retailers and online partners. As a member of the management team, ensuring corporate best practices and helping drive the overall growth agenda. Qualifications 15+ years FMCG + Full P&L Ownership Experience Strong Leadership & People (Growth) Management skills Solid Relationships & Experience in Middle East & Asia working Distributors & Retailers Big company & SME Experience a plus (Ready to get into the trenches) All the other qualifications required to help continue to scale our SME business into a large Global FMCG
