8 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER NIGERIA Provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting realistic sales target and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team. · Handling Primary & Secondary Sales + teams · Analyze secondary sales · Travel 5 days a week within the region. · Plan the monthly SKU's as per the customer. Should have worked in Nigeria in a Snack manufacturing organization. Hands on experience in Microsoft word and Advanced Excel. · BSc. / MSc. degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or any related field · Minimum of 8 years successful previous experience in FMCG (Snacks) consistently meeting and exceeding targets. · Excellent Communication Skill · Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
