Finance and Accounts Head

Job Description : HEAD F&A GUINEA WILL BE REPORTING TO MD/CEO Roles and Responsibilities : Duties & Responsibilities: · Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks · Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions · Retaining constant awareness of the companys financial position and acting to prevent problems · Setting up and overseeing the companys finance IT system. · Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.). Recruitment, training, mentoring and development of staf · Oversee all audit and internal control operations · Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the relevant personnel for specialist advice · Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investor. · Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis · Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to Senior Management · Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines · Knowledge of OHADA accounting and reporting standards preferred Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION : · CA with Masters Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. EXPERIENCE : · 10 YEARS + AND WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES WILL BE PREFERRED. SKILLS REQUIREMENT : · Experience in Paint/ Plastic/ Manufacturing / Trading / Automobile / Distribution/ Pharma/ Investments is preferred · 5 Years working Experience in West African countries will be preferred · Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting · In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices Perks and Benefits Salary : No Bar for deserving candidates.
