Contracts Manager

Job Description : CONTRACTS MANAGER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience Have Engineering Degree preferably and should have handled Mega EPC or EPCM contracts drafting and finalisation • Should have understanding of Law in contracting • Contracts preparation and drafting of Licensing ,FEED ,Detailed Engineering ,EPC and EPCM contracts • Review ,Negotiate and finalise Licensing agreements ,FEED Contracts and EPCM contracts • Lead successful execution of the signed contract • Ensure the contracts are delivered on time and budget • Lead the team as per the requirements • Work closely with the PM and provide Commercial and Risk support to ensure successful delivery of the contracts • Involve Legal ,Finance ,Engineering ,Construction ,Operations and Logistics and Insurance for effective implementation • Contracts Change Order management with Contractors post agreement • Have knowledge of Commercial and Legal aspects of Mega Contracts > 500 mil USD to 2Bn USD for Oil and Gas based Projects ,mainly for Petrochemical Projects • Knowledge of FIDIC is an advantage and preferable
