15 yearsJob Description : COMMERCIAL GM ANGOLA is a global player in the FMCG industry with a strong presence in Africa and Europe and has ambitious plans to expand. The business has diversified its products in Angola and are looking to recruit a strong Commercial General Manager to drive and lead the Traditional trade sector of their business. Work closely with the manufacturing, distribution, and logistics team to prepare, implement and control the annual sales action's plan, Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identifying business opportunities and determining products to be procured locally and overseas Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements Responsible for managing an annual turnover revenue of $100M USD You must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the B2C consumer goods industry with great exposure within the Angolan FMCG market Strong leadership traits that can motivate a team, and a person who can lead by example within a business setting Problem solver and has an ability to work effectively with internal and external team members Excellent fluency in English is mandatory, and Portuguese and Spanish is an asset Previous experience with commercially developing traditional trade sectors within FMCG industries are a bonus Must be willing to relocate to Angola Previous working experience within Latin America or Africa is an asset Competitive salary + expat benefits + housing and international insurance and car
