Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER SINGAPORE A leading international healthcare company is recruiting for a Country Manager, Singapore - Medical Consumables job. In this business critical role, you will report directly to Regional Head and be the P&L in-charge for Singapore market and all its operations. Further develop direct business in Singapore Set the team and agenda to deliver revenue and profit growth in line with company targets to support the objectives defined in the Asia Pacific ambition Develop and execute both strategic and operating sales and marketing plans including both short-term and long-term objectives Promote a culture that reflects the company’s values, encourages high performance, rewards results and compliance Be a credible and challenging coach for team Identify and develop a successor to the position To succeed in this Country Manager, Singapore - Medical Consumables role, you must be a demonstrated leader able to motivate, engage and drive performance in your team.
