Job Description : GM IT INDONESIA A GM IT job has become available at one of the most powerful Indonesian property and real estate companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage and restructure the company’s database, including setting up of database structure and data cleansing as well as mapping database for interface systems. Prepare data models and analytics reports and data visualisation (BI) that could assist the management to improve business results Identify and collaborate with users and vendors to develop or implement some initiatives or enhance the current software and hardware, to meet business users technology needs, such as automation system to simplify and speed up business processes Set up IT company policies and liaise with the auditor for IT audit processes Contribute substantially to the strategic direction, sustained high performance and successful leader as a key part of the leadership team Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science/information system/programmer Required language: English At least 15 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position, preferably with experience in IT corporate and/or IT consultant for financial applications/ERP with background experience as a developer and or implementer and or project management system Required skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding leadership and team building skills, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills A strong creative mind
