My client, an established car dealer group is looking for a Franchise Director to lead their car dealerships within a rapidly changing and growing automotive market. They are seeking an inspirational leader who can work within a diverse multi-national team to drive success and accelerate their growth in the retail car sector. Ideal Candidate § Dynamic General Manager (or above) with proven success in managing multi-site passenger car dealerships § Managed high volume sales operations § Middle East experience advantageous, although open to applications from UK/European General Managers § P&L responsibility § Currently reporting to the Board § Commercially awareness with a long-term focus § High level communicator § Motivational and inspirational § Strategic vision to facilitate change § Provide critique and take decisive actions The Package Tax Free earnings consisting of a basic salary plus housing allowance, company car, annual air ticket, healthcare and a highly rewarding bonus scheme based on business performance and KPIs.
