Job Description : Moulding head(Production) MEXICO Exp. :- 15 - 18 years Qualification :- Diploma /b.tech in mechanical Salary :-7K USD + benefits Job responsibilities :- Responsible for all Production related activities carried out in Injection Molding Shop. Meeting timely Production schedule. Effective utilization of Raw Material, Men & Machines to ensure proper quality. Responsible for all Assemblies like Grill Assemblies, Bowtie Assemblies, Badge Assemblies, Emblem Assemblies. Responsible for IMD, Pad Printing Process. Making analysis for rejection & take countermeasures regarding internal & customer complains. Responsible for Dehumidifiers of Wittmann & auto loading of material from dehumidifiers to all Injection Molding machines. Attend the Morning meeting everyday & share problems & actions & major issues in the morning meeting area. (FRM) & APOP meeting. Responsible of Annealing process of WRC before painting & maintaining record of Annealing process.
