Job Description : CEO KUWAIT One of the largest conglomerates in the Middle East with a rich history in Food and Beverage. With over 70 outlets in Kuwait alone, this business is innovative in their approach to F&B and has a successful track record in the region. · Managing all activities for the business in Kuwait and other markets · Planning and directing multiple functions including the commercial, marketing, technical, operations, sales etc. through a team of leaders directly and indirectly to the entire organisation · Building the real estate and expansion strategy for the brands · Enhancing customer experience strategy for the brands and identify new strategies to enhance services · Delivering key financial targets (Sales, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, working capital and so on...) versus budget · Adoption of new and innovative strategies aligning with the global shifts in F&B strategies with the adoption of cloud kitchens etc · Building a shared sense of purpose among all employees in the Country and within the matrix. · The ideal candidate is currently, or has been a General Manager or a senior executive of a business unit within a sizeable international or local Retail or F&B Industry. If not, the candidate has a similar level of experience coming from an F&B tech organisation willing to divert their experience on the F&B side · Successful general management experience with direct responsibility for a senior management team, and a demonstrated track record of delivering top line growth and bottom line performance · As the role is based in Kuwait, the candidate must be willing to relocate
