Job Description : COO HYDREBAD INDIA Chief Operating Officer For Reputed Hospital Group , its turnover more than 1200 cr. Should be MBA 20+ years’ similar experience in Reputed large Hospital group. Responsibilities: Responsible for the complete operations , PnL of the Unit or Region handled Responsible for the overall operations with particular focus on service level delivery, Supply Chain and Maintenance Services Clear Budget planning and adherence Conceptualize cost control measures and monitor cost on a continuous basis through CREW (Cost Reduction and Elimination of Waste) and keep them at an optimum level Establish and coordinate services for HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Purchasing and IT Keep pace with advances and technological changes in all areas of the business and take advantage of those that will increase the company’s effectiveness and profitability Review and promote initiatives on new product development and market penetration Conduct regular monthly meetings with all the consultants & HOD’s to make sure that everybody is on the same page and decision making at KIMS Hospitals is a collaborative process Assign top priority to address doctor’s request and grievances through personal supervision or by setting up an efficient team and respond within defined timelines to any such request or grievances Ultimate brand responsibility and Financial management accountability Monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the performance of the company The Unit Head / Operations Head needs to be a major contributor / leader A team player who understands the importance of relationships and collaboration, both internally and externally Demonstrated ability to lead multiple parties across functions.
