Job Description : CEO EGYPT A forward-thinking and dynamic CEO is needed to drive accelerated growth with dispersed networks, varied distribution channels, and significant operational improvements across the supply chain. A seasoned leader with a track record of propelling growth, delivering sustainable results and creating high-performing teams. Collaborate with the Board to develop a business direction that supports the Group's strategy, operating and budget plans, and action plans. Maintain a robust business plan that delivers maximum shareholder value in line with the organisation's values. To improve and ensure overall business delivery, review existing commercial development models and conduct a gap analysis. Your career would be embedded in consumer goods (food/beverage), encompassing multi-geography roles, having led P&L for the last 10+ years. We are looking for candidates who have an established track record in creating sustainable enterprise value creation and innovation-led growth, have delivered transformational shifts in business performance and established a culture which fosters a culture of accountability and ownership. A minimum of 25+ years of experience managing large-scale food & beverage/consumer goods operations is necessary. Progressive experience in a key leadership/management role, ideally having also had manufacturing operations exposure.
