Job Description : Head Portfolio Management - VP cadre HYDREBAD INDIA Qualification : BPharm/MPharm with MBA Experience : minimum 20 Plus yrs similar experience from Reputed Pharma company Job responsibilities : Responsible for Strategic Initiatives of the company to meet overall Business objective - Building & managing overall portfolio of Inventia. It includes OSD & Parenteral for global market (US/EU, EM & Domestic) - Identify organizations critical business requirements & gaps and potential opportunities, develop strategies to fill the gaps and provide direction for the long-term growth for the company. - Strategic Business Development through in-licensing, customer pitch of key assets and identifying near term opportunities through various business models - Develop Market growth strategy, new opportunity/ new market assessment - Competitive Intelligence, BC simulation, identify and propose products for cost improvement projects etc. Cross functional team management for Key Product Development & Launch
