Job Description : PHARMA PLANT MANAGER BELGIUM An international company active in the life science sector, is currently looking for a Plant Manager - Pharmaceutical, to be based in the Geel area. As Plant Manager - Pharmaceutical, you will take lead over the biotech production activities within the newly established plant. As the Plant Manager - Pharmaceutical, you will be responsible for: The transfer and implementation of manufacturing processes from the US to Belgium; Management of all operations in line with the manufacturing strategy and annual operational plans; Creation of a safe working environment through the development and implementation of EHS plans in close collaboration with the EHS+S division. Oversee development and adherence to GMP programs. The ideal candidate is required to have a master's degree in Life Sciences, coupled with minimum 15 years of experience within the biotech production industry.
