Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Mining Industry Professional Experience is Must - OPEN FOR ALL NATIONALITY ** Candidate with international Multiple Language Proficiency will be given first preference *** Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Mining Industry to be based in Africa working for one of the leaders in mining industry. (Working in West , South and Central Africa) # Candidate Must be Qualified a qualified Mining Engineering Professional plus if also holds a Management degree qualification # Work Experience in Mining Industry is a Must. Min 20 years exp and 7/9+ years experience is required from the mining industry segment in AFRICA # Should have held the position of CEO / Operations Head / Operations Director in Mining industry for about 5+ years in west and Central African Geography. # Overall responsibility for driving the company efficiently to achieve the short and long term goals and objectives of the company. # Delivering fast commissioning of the project # Ensuring strict cost control measures without compromising on quality of works and services. # Responsible for identification of emerging trends in Mining industry to ensure cost saving, process and quality improvement # Compliance to the governance structure of the company # Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential risks # Timely submission of various MIS/ repots/ presentation to stakeholders. # Managing Fiancé / HR and Business Development functions.
