Job Description : Contracts Manager - Mining Industry Professional Experience is Must - OPEN FOR ALL NATIONALITY ** Candidate with international Multiple Language Proficiency will be given first preference *** Contracts Manager - Mining Industry to be based in Africa working for one of the leaders in mining industry. (Working in West , South and Central Africa) # Candidate Must be Qualified a qualified Mining Engineering Professional plus if also holds a Management degree qualification # Work Experience in Mining Industry is a Must. Min 12 years out of which 5+ years experience is required from the mining industry segment in AFRICA # Provide Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers # Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. # Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters. # Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation. # Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. # Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts. # Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities # Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
