Sales Accountant

Job Description : SALES ACCOUNTANT NIGERIA FOR STEEL · Booking of customer orders on the system . · Booking Authority to load (ATL) on the system after approval. · Timely issuance of Invoices to the customers. · Booking customers payments on the system. · Weekly Scrutiny of Customers and escalating discrepancies if any . · Raising MD approval in online portal when ever required . · Timely issuance of Debit/ Credit notes to the customers · Handling Petty cash of Sales office · Follow up with the customers for payments · Preparing customers ageing report on weekly basis · Circulating Pending ATL reports on weekly basis · Helping Senior Accounts manager in monthly closing of books especially related to AR · Coordinating with Centralised Import-Export department for opening NXPs in case of exports. · Raising Export Invoice based on packing list . · Collecting all export documents required for submitting NDCC claim . · Coordinating with Legal department in case of customers related legal cases · Any adhoc tasks assigned by Senior Accounts Manager/ Sales & Marketing head · At least 8 year experience · Through Accounting Knowledge · Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player. · Must be hardworking. · Structured working style · Analytical mind · Experience of working on ERP Microsoft Navision would be an added advantage · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel · Presentable and good communication skills
