Job Description : SR. MANAGER PRODUCTION - PLASTIC PARAGUAY SOUTH AMERICA Supervising the manufacturing processes and achieve approved targets for each of the plastic production departments. Participation in making production policies, processes, programs, and production plans. Supervising the level of production efficiency and working on developing and improving it continuously. Monitor operating expenses and depreciation and work to reduce them. Monitors and follows-up records of production and operations, ensuring their regularity and smooth progress. Establish statistics and reports on production management, costs, and performance efficiency. To works on introducing methods of developing work (technology) that suit the field of work. Ensure the implementation of the occupational safety and health system. To review the periodic reports (daily - monthly - annual) prepared by the subordinates and prepares reports of operational problems. Responsible for evaluating all employees according to the evaluation system. • B.E in Polymer & Petrochemical Engineering • 10+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of best industrial practices • Know how to handle team • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good analytical skills
