Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO SENEGAL Chief Financial Officer, CFO (M/W) Senegal, Expat or Local He/She will operate, maintain, and manage the finance position of a group of companies in Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. Job responsibilities: Manage and implement the accounting, tax, treasury, control, and billing departments Active role in budgeting, forecasting/planning, financial reporting, and cost control Cash Flow Management, ensure cash is always sufficient for the organization’s operations for all companies of the group Monitor and control the financial systems including the ERP (Priority). Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of the auditors and government regulation Manage and build client relationships to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise Maintain relations with external auditors / tax advisors and adhere to all local regulations Preparing tax Reports for all the companies in the group Discussion with local/external tax, regulated institutions and banks for the ongoing activity Active and involved in supply chain, Purchase orders authorization, reconciliation of accounts and payments. part of the Authorized person in the system Education, Skills and Requirements: Accounting and/or Business Administration degree Valid CPA License –MBA – Advantage Fluent in English and French – Mandatory At least 5 years of experience as a CFO in a global company, managing the finance of several projects with complex organization and activities Good knowledge of the OHADA accounting system and taxes law Strong leadership and communication skills Strong work ethic, proactive and service oriented Commercial understanding and experience to assist the project companies Working experience in Senegal or West Africa, advantage SAP or priority knowledge.
