Job Description : CFO INDIA Leading Construction / Infrastructure company *Heading the Finance & Accounts function of Construction Division. *Handle Project accounts & finance, Cash flow, multiple P&L, Budgeting, Costing, MIS, and taxation *Manage regional accounts and corporate accounts *Consolidation and reconciliation of accounts of various regions *Statutory and Tax Auditors *Debtors and creditors management *Handling Bank Guarantee, loans, LC matters etc *Compliance with all commercial terms of the contract *Secretarial & ROC matters *Legal & Contracts *CA with 25 to 30 years experience *Industry: E&C, Construction, Infrastructure, Real estate *Experience as detailed above
