Job Description : Mechanical Manager / Site Superintendent- SMPP Educational Qualifications : Degree in Mechanical Engineering Years of experience : 12+ Years Location : Central Africa Area of experience required : Mining Construction Projects Competency Requirements: "1. Structural, Mechanical, Piping & Plate work construction expert, must have international construction experience in managing construction of complex projects within the heavy industrial environment and processing plants." "2. Broad experience in Rotary & Static Mining Equipments (Belt Conveying system, Crushing & Grinding, Thickening, Scrubber, Filtration unit, Copper Solvent extraction unit, Crud Treatment, EW unit, Agitator, Pump, Hoist, Cooling Towers etc.)" 3. Must be familiar with international Codes and Compliance. 4. Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors team to determine project needs. 5. Set performance goals and deadlines. 6. Plan construction processes. 7. Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget. 8. Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback. 9. Monitor and report on project progress. 10. Implement safety and quality guidelines.
