The candidate is responsible for leading the strategy function at the corporate level. He/she will be responsible for long-term strategy formulation and planning, annual strategy execution, ad hoc projects for stakeholders, and performance management. He/she will work with multi-disciplinary teams and help develop and implement strategic initiatives and take ownership of the company-level strategic analyses, validation of Business Units feasibility studies/business cases, and actively drive IP generation for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for assessing dynamic changes in the competitive landscape, conducting regular economic and sector-specific research and insights to enable C-Level decisions making, and building internal IP, including but not limited to external best practices, and global markets in the context of any implications in the region.Elaborate business plans and feasibility studies for new ventures – new markets (geographies), product/service expansion, and/or spin-offs and acquisitions with proposed implementation plans via potential partnerships, etc.; Assess dynamic changes in the competitive landscape and monitor sectors and market segments within the portfolio by understanding key growth drivers by products/services and markets, USP, and positioning across the multiple business lines – share of market, influence points, penetration, value chain structure, etc.The incumbent is also responsible for in-house strategy-related services and acting as the key liaison between and across the portfolio on all aspects of the organization's development priorities from growth agenda and operational streamlining to risk exposure and mitigation;He/she will need to Promote and support the implementation of best practices to ensure standardization/ optimization of processes and policies, conduct brainstorming workshops for problem-solving, and generate and test hypotheses on key areas for growth or process efficiency, overall corporate alignment, etc
