Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO @ Automobile Industry PUNE, INDIA Experience: - 12+ - 15 Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15days will be Preferred. Drive the financial planning & forecasting for the entire Group. Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Control and evaluate the organization’s fund-raising plans and capital structure. Prepare a cash flow that is appropriate for the organization’s operations. Supervise, guide and train all accounts and finance personnel of the group on a daily basis. Manage vendor relationships. Allocation of common expenses between group entities. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports including financial MIS for the Group as required by the management. Set up and oversee the company’s accounting and finance system. Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies related to accounting/ taxation/ finance etc. Ensure all the Govt. statutory (GST/ TDS/Taxation/) are calculated correctly & deposited on time. Ensure that all accounting entries of Profit & loss are managed through tally through team. Ensure all the payments & receipts are managed through the systems. Prepare and finalise company Balance sheet. Coordinating with Statutory Auditors & Company Secretary, for compliance of statutory requirements. Correspondence with Bankers, Govt. Departments / offices like Goods and Service Tax, Income Tax, customs etc. Bills payables and receivables/ sales accounting/ Invoice management/ RTO related work/ stock audits/ DCP/ TDS/ TCS/ ESI/PT/ PF payments basis challans generated etc. Any other duties assigned by management. The scope of work shall not be limited to the above, being the CFO of the group there could be miscellaneous/ancillary activities that you may have to undertake.
