Job Description : Director of Operations (Constructor) is available in Barcelona to be part of a construction company. About the job of Operations Director (Constructor): Main functions and requirements: • Direct, supervise and manage the Department of Production, Works and Technical Office • Implement the company strategy to the different departments • Ensure the operational development of the company's activity • Manage the internal resources of the departments it manages • Optimize processes for efficiency and continuous improvement • Control and monitor the costs and economic margins of the company • Lead the team of Project Managers and their personnel in charge • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department With a degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering or similar, you will contribute at least 10/15 years of proven experience in the construction sector as Group Leader or Operations Leader/Director, in a building construction company.
