Export Sales Manager

Job Description : FMCG EXPORT SALES MANAGER MALAYISA An exciting Export Sales Manager (FMCG) job has just become available at one of the most respected FMCG firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Head of Export, this is a role for a manager who is a leader in their field. You will be responsible for ensuring sustainable business growth in multiple countries assigned. • Explore and build new export market for food service within SEA • Work closely with distributors/traders and internal marketing to build brand exposure and brand loyalty and ensure healthy customers penetration in the respective market including food demonstration, marketing materials, recipes collaterals and also exhibitions, if any • Set up a proper export procedure such as products, pricing, costing model, documentations and also involve in all the shipping planning and procedures • Work closely with business admin clerk on the orders, shelf life and the shipping documents as part of the support to ensure shipping is done smoothly • Have strong knowledge in food service market for export market especially in regards to market potential, HORECA business • Manage sales and profits which includes promotion discounts, A&P and ensure each distributor ROI is within the acceptable range • Work closely with internal marketing and Executive Chefs on any food demonstration, recipes and events support • At least a diploma/advanced/higher/graduate diploma in marketing, management or equivalent • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in general/distribution trade is required for this position and especially with export exposure • Based in central and requires travelling to overseas as part of the job requirements • Strong export market experience in the food service industry and experience with managing export distributor and HORECA business • Knowledge in cash and carry/retail outlets in overseas market is an advantage
