Process Engineer

Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEER NIGERIA 20+ years experience , Purpose of The Role: Process Design and Commissioning Industry Preference: Oil & Gas (Upstream & Midstream)-Center processing facility, NGL Plant (Natural Gas Liquification), Cryogenic Process Dehydration and Fractionation. Other Requirements: Software knowledge of Aspen HYSYS, PIPESIM, PIPENET and HTRI/ASPEN EDR is preferred. Overall, Role Description/ Required Skill Sets: (I)Process engineering from conceptual, FEED, detailed engineering, as built and close out activities for timely delivery of project deliverables. (II) Process engineering computations using Aspen Hysys preferred. (III)Performing hydraulics and overpressure/blowdown calculations and participate in safety reviews. (IV)Preparing P&IDs, PFDs, heat and mass balances, instruments and equipment datasheets, utilities and chemical summary. (V) Experienced in the participation of HAZOP, HAZID and SIL rating studies. (VI)Be prepared to undertake site visits as and when required.
