Job Description : PLANT MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PET PREFORM 15-20 years experience - Coordinate with all sections on day to day activities - Plan production to optimize usage of materials - Monitor and ensure Raw materials and Finished Good stocks are properly maintained - Ensure proper and timely reporting and documentation from all plants in maintained - Coordinate with Maintenance plans both preventive and reactive - Communicate and plan along with the logistic manager on all dispatches - Ensure HSE and Quality aspects of all plants are properly maintained - Plan for continuous improvements and a strong vision to the furture growth of the company Desired profile of the candidate Male Age: 40+ Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) - Mechanical Engineering - Strong Electrical Knowledge - Must know about all aspects of preform production - Experience with Husky and Sacmi IPS machines - Understand the various testing procedures for preforms - Should have knowledge of ISO systems Experience in an ISO certified company is a plus - Experience with dealing with multinationals in the FMCG space is a plus.
