Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : CEO USA $350,000 - $400,000 base salary, 100% STIP and Equity Pack an ultra high growth investor backed CPG group who produce a range a products spanning multiple categories in their vertical through both owned and third party manufacturing facilities. With current revenues exceeding $200M they are entering a period of planned domestic and International growth and are looking externally for their next President. Reporting directly to the board, you will hold full strategic responsibility and accountability for business performance operating in a highly autonomous leadership position. Will lead and mentor the Executive Leadership team across multiple facilities to deliver exceptional commercial and operational performance levels. Will hold top to top relationships with key customers across various channels and represent the business at the highest level within industry. Will work closely alongside the ELT to design expansion plans including directly managing key investment initiatives to support growth. Degree educated with extensive experience leading a branded Food or Beverage manufacturing business and ideally, in a complex distribution/ multichannel market. US & International experience would be advantageous. Proven general manager, with a blend of commercial and operational achievements you will have significant experience delivering growth with the ability to prove you can increase profitability through the deployment of your strategy.
