QUALIFICATIONS : · Should be an MBA from a premier institute, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience. · Experience in Overseas market. Roles and Responsibilities Sales volume:a) Achieving Sales Target.b) Plan of ATL/BTL budgets, for your area, its effective utilization/implementation to augment sales in your country.c) Managing the trade partner. Job Responsibilities :Trade Partner : Distributor Management ROI, Claim-management, optimizing the stock level, conducting periodic reviews of the sales team, Managing Redistribution expenses, interacting with the marketing team.Trade Partner management: Administration, Overheads, Handling compliance issues- Country Tax and Copyright issues.MIS: Data management.Track of competition: Market intelligence.Assessment of media effectiveness: through channel partners and consumer contact.
