Plant Director

Job Description : FMCG PLANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR GCC 20-25 years experience major regional food manufacturer. We are searching for a hands-on Senior leader that can spearhead a team of 500 people on-site. This is a high-pressure role for someone that has a strategic mindset but can equally walk the floor and push the team to hit optimum efficiency across the plant. The business is driving towards world-class health & safety measures, if you can demonstrate this at the interview it would be highly regarded. This business has an incredible culture. Direct responsibility for manufacturing operations, providing leadership in both quality and process improvement whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment in compliance with Saudi regulations Create, implement and execute the manufacturing strategy Drive productivity improvements by allocating people and equipment resources Direct production employees to ensure they meet and exceed company targets Full P&L Management and control of expenses to ensure budget compliance Drive cultural improvement within the plant and ensure engagement and motivation across the whole site. Possess knowledge of production, supply chain, engineering, quality and EHS Demonstrate the ability to make decisions, handle complexity and build strong working relationships through trust and respect You must be an excellent team player, develop others and promote professional growth Degree qualified in the relevant qualification Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building strategic, and tactical plans.
