At least currently handling 3 to 4 business from above industry. #Responsibility : Execution of annual budgets, cost management, strategic priorities, and business-related priorities. Drive AOP and align stake holder on critical business priorities to facilitate a YOY growth of ______%. Strengthen the existing network, acquiring new markets, and build future opportunities to increase and enhance market share, performance and productivity. Set up comprehensive specific performance (Volume, revenue & profit) targets for each business and support in driving the results. Drive and strategize expansion plans, current & new business lines/products. Track and monitor business performance against strategy and make adjustment to plans and investments as needed. Drive and monitor performance goals, metrics, operational and cost-cutting improvements, risk management, and decision-making to ensure business performance excellence. Drive business operations excellence through the implementation and governance of policies and practices. Increase business profit and value creation through new business investment, product line expansion, and transformation initiatives.
