Job Description : PRODUCT MANAGER & PRESALES - ICT TELECOMS - MARKET RESEARCH (KUWAIT) Has to deliver tailored B2B dgtsI transformation solutions that disrupt the GCC technology sector. Purpose • Product Manager, will guide a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. • This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. • Product Manager will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects Must Have: Kuwait, Market Research ICT Telecoms experience. Responsibilities • Manage and control the product portfolio of all products and services with predefined KPIs • Responsible for maintain all product profitability • Introduce innovation and continuous enhancement to product portfolio • Management of product Capitals and Operating Expenditures • Management and coordination of relationships with various vendors and suppliers • Producing management reports with regards to revenue achievements, projects, task progress • Product Marketing and Management of Sales Channel • Provide training and sales kit to Sales Account Managers for various products and services. • Designed Service Level Agreements for designated services. • Responsible for providing suitable solutions to customer and built BOO for the proposed solution. Core Area • Cloud (Private Cloud, Public cloud - AWS, AZURE, OCI (Oracle), Google Cloud) • Security (Ftrewall, Endpoints, SIEM, SOC, PAM, IAC etc) • Unified Communications and Contact Center • Managed Networks (SDWAN and Managed WIFI) • Other ICT products and service Must Have • 8 + years' experience managing a Products and Service Portfolio • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in IT management and Strategies • M.SC / MCA / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc - Computer science • Knowledge of Networks and Telecom Technologies • Experience in group product trainings Salary: Competitive Per Month (based on experience) Arabic Speaking is a bonus
