Job Description : Sr. Manager - International Business 15+ years experience - Responsible for P&L of Asian countries like Bangladesh, Srilanka , Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives. - Ensuring Product registrations as per timelines and drive efficient execution of demand generation programs. - Build strategic relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders - Design and Deploy in Store Retail execution & Localized Trade & Ethical Marketing Initiatives as country specific needs - Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set - thru appropriate HCP and retail execution strategies - Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward
